Established in 2004, Solutech is an integrated plastic injection moulding and tooling partner, combining in-house tool design, manufacturing, 3D CAD/CAM and 30T–250T injection moulding capabilities.
With facilities in Pune, Kharadi and Sanaswadi, we deliver precision-engineered, tight-tolerance components for the automotive, industrial electronics, agriculture and automation sectors, serving both domestic and global markets.
Our certified scope: manufacture and supply of plastic moulded components and assemblies — for domestic + export markets.

Company established
Founded in Pune by Mr. Sanjay Bhapkar and Mr. Urnab Debnath for in-house tooling and plastic injection moulding.

Sanaswadi plant added
Opened our first dedicated plant — 8,000 sq. ft. at Sanaswadi near Pune.

Expanded into International Markets
Began supplying components to customers beyond India, building our presence in international markets.

Three plants, one integrated team
80+ people (25% engineers), 30T–250T moulding, an in-house tool room building 100+ moulds a year, and ISO 9001:2015 certification.
