Plastic products and components for agriculture
Agriculture accounts for 5% of our output. We mould farm and field products — egg trays, plastic chains and links, bird-spike strips and utility boxes — alongside enclosures, fluid parts and insert-moulded components for agricultural and off-highway equipment.

From RFQ to series production
- Week 0–2
Discovery & RFQ
Component shortlist, drawings and CAD sharing, technical clarifications, commercial RFQ for the first 3–5 priority parts.
Weeks 0 to 2 - Week 2–6
Tooling & prototype
In-house tool design and manufacture, T1 sample submission, dimensional inspection report and material qualification.
Weeks 2 to 6 - Week 6–10
PPAP & validation
PPAP documentation, IMDS submission, capability studies, vendor audit and on-site OEM QA verification.
Weeks 6 to 10 - Week 10–16
Series production
SOP for first parts, gradual line-feed integration, expansion to additional categories, JIT delivery set-up.
Weeks 10 to 16
A structured, low-risk path from first conversation to SOP — typically 12 to 16 weeks for the first parts.
