Clean, organised production floors with marked aisles and presses in rows. All-electric, horizontal, vertical and rotary machines from 30T to 250T, each cell supported by hopper dryers, material loaders, chillers and de-humidifiers.

Automatic robotic part removal, material loaders, hopper dryers and chillers across our moulding cells keep cycle times repeatable and parts consistent — from new-part launches to high-volume series production.

In-house tool design and manufacturing located alongside the moulding floor. Multi-cavity moulds and dies are designed, machined and trialled on-site, so corrections, modifications and mould maintenance happen without external dependency.

Dedicated assembly lines for sub-assemblies, insert-moulded parts and fluid reservoir assemblies, producing fitment-ready components that go straight onto the OEM line.

Inspection workstations with ATQ + Rapid-I VMM with probing, height and depth gauges and custom measurement fixtures — run under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and aligned with customer specifications.

Parts are packed in reusable crates and bins for line-side delivery to domestic customers and prepared for export shipments. JIT delivery is set up as part of series production.
