Capability 03 · Sub-assembly & insert moulding, fitment-ready
Assembly
Sub-assembly and insert moulding — fitment-ready components shipped to the OEM line.
Overview
Many of the parts we mould leave the plant as complete sub-assemblies: oil reservoir assemblies with caps and fittings, multi-part snap-fit lever and handle assemblies, and housings with insert-moulded brass terminals.
Assembling in-house next to moulding removes a hand-off, keeps traceability in one place and lets us ship components that go straight onto your line.
